Bountiful Town Square

Bountiful Town Square is a five-acre downtown plaza at 75 East 200 South, designed for community use in every season. In warm months its main draw is the Town Square Water Feature, the splash area that Bountiful City runs seasonally from May through mid-October, weather and conditions permitting. In late September 2026 the city's Park & Facility Status page listed the water feature as open seven days a week from noon to 8 p.m., with the 2026 season ending October 17. The city notes it can close for low temperatures, severe weather, maintenance or water-quality concerns, so the status page is the best place to check before a visit.

In winter the square becomes home to the Ice Ribbon, an outdoor skating path run by the South Davis Recreation District that typically operates in December, January and February. Brightly colored shade structures, lights and a music system run along the ribbon, and the plaza has hosted concerts, festivals and a weekly farmers market.

Dogs are not allowed anywhere in Bountiful Town Square because of Davis County Health Department rules for the water feature, even though leashed dogs are welcome in other Bountiful city parks. Plan to leave pets at home when visiting the splash area.
