Review Guidelines

• Reviews should be honest and based on your personal experience
• Reviews are submitted anonymously or under a chosen display name
• All reviews are subject to moderation before appearing publicly
• We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines
• By submitting a review, you grant Parks of Utah a perpetual, non-exclusive license to display it on the Site

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Park information, ratings, and reviews are community-contributed and may not be fully accurate or up to date. Always verify park conditions, hours, and amenities before visiting.

Limitation of Liability

Parks of Utah shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to injuries at parks, reliance on inaccurate information, or service interruptions.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (excluding user-submitted reviews) is the property of Parks of Utah. Park photos sourced from third-party mapping services are used under their respective licenses.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
