Bonneville Shoreline Preserve

The Bonneville Shoreline Preserve offers walking and hiking trails along the old Lake Bonneville shoreline with sweeping views of Salt Lake City and Antelope Island. The main trail is popular with hikers, runners, and mountain bikers, and several side trails branch off with steeper climbs that gain around 900 feet in elevation. The preserve sits at an elevation where the city views feel expansive and almost aerial. Since there's no shade, restrooms, or other amenities, plan accordingly with water and sun protection.
