Before booking
- Private invitation-only use; public or specially regulated events require the city's separate permit process.
- Restroom access is not guaranteed by the reservation.
- Electrical supply is limited to 15 amps combined; do not use pavilion outlets for inflatables or sound systems.
- Booking deadline needs confirmation: municipal guidance says 3 business days; ActiveNet says 3 days and a 300-day maximum booking horizon.
- The city flags 200+ attendees for staff-assisted review; the ActiveNet 250-attendee display is not unconditional permission for that group size.
