Steep Mountain Park

Steep Mountain Park covers a lot of ground with tennis courts, a baseball diamond, basketball court, and a playground that includes a zipline and slides for elementary-aged kids. The park has restrooms (open in summer), a covered pavilion, and walking trails that wind through grassy open areas with decent shade. Parking is street-only and can be tight, so plan accordingly. A cell tower sits on the property, which is noticeable but doesn't interfere with the recreation options.
