Exchange Park sits along the Provo River with direct access to the water, making it a standout spot for cooling off on hot days (though the snowmelt-fed river stays cold year-round). The park connects to a paved walking and biking trail that follows the river, great for longer outings beyond the park itself. With restrooms, a covered pavilion, and plenty of shade, it's well-equipped for spending a few hours, whether dipping toes in the river or following the trail upstream.
