Spring Run Park serves its immediate neighborhood in Eagle Mountain with a playground, small pavilion, and restrooms, though the maintenance falls short of other area parks. The field area struggles with weeds and thorny growth rather than usable grass, and litter tends to accumulate between cleanings. The pavilion offers minimal setup with just one compact grill. If you live nearby it works for a quick outing with kids, but City Center Park is worth the extra drive for better-kept facilities and grounds.
