Fort Buenaventura

Fort Buenaventura is a historic state park preserving a replica fur trading post from the 1840s. While there's no traditional playground, families love the living history events, canoeing and kayaking on the pond, and nature trails through cottonwood groves. The Mountain Man Rendezvous each Easter is a major draw. A unique outdoor experience that teaches Utah history through hands-on activities.
